18 U.S.C. § 2257 Compliance Statement

In compliance with the Federal Labeling and Record-Keeping Law (18 U.S.C. § 2257), all content creators on VeyaTalk are required to have on file a completed Age Verification and Consent form, which includes a valid government-issued identification document confirming that all individuals appearing in visual depictions of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct are at least 18 years of age at the time of the creation of such content.

1. Age Verification

All performers and content creators are verified using government-issued identification documents prior to any content being published on the platform. Accepted forms of identification include:

• Valid passport
• Government-issued national ID card
• Driver's licence

Additionally, all creators must provide a selfie photograph taken while holding their identification document to confirm their identity.

2. Record Keeping

VeyaTalk maintains records as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75. These records include:

• Full legal name, date of birth, and any aliases or stage names used by the content creator.
• Copies of government-issued identification documents.
• A selfie with identification document for identity confirmation.
• The date of content creation and the content creator's verified identity at the time.

3. Content Ownership

Content creators retain full ownership over their created content. VeyaTalk does not claim ownership of any content and acts solely as a hosting service. Content creators grant VeyaTalk a non-exclusive, revocable, and limited licence to host, distribute, and display content solely for the purposes of fulfilling its services.

4. Documented Consent

All content creators must provide documented consent before any content is published. This includes acceptance of VeyaTalk's Terms of Service and acknowledgment of compliance obligations, including this 2257 compliance statement and our Anti-Human Trafficking Policy.

5. Compliance with Applicable Laws

VeyaTalk complies with the following laws and regulations:

• United States: 18 U.S.C. § 2257 (Age Verification & Record-Keeping), DMCA 17 U.S.C. § 512 (Copyright & Takedown Procedures), CCPA Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.100 (Data Privacy for California Users).
• European Union: GDPR EU Regulation 2016/679 (Data Protection & Privacy), EU Digital Services Act Regulation 2022/2065 (Platform Accountability).
• International: Berne Convention for Copyright (1886), WIPO Copyright Treaty (WCT).
